How much does it cost?
Please call us so that you can let us know exactly what you want and the Bedlam team will put an exclusive package together for you.

What is included with the hire?
All bouncy castle booking prices include delivery, set up and collection. You will also receive a fan, extension cable including RCD adapter and safety crash mats.

When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 365 days a year including Bank Holidays at no extra charge.

How long do I get the equipment for?
When we take your booking we will arrange a convenient time with you to deliver and set-up and when to collect the inflatable required. 

Deliveries start from 9am and usually we pick up from 6 pm onwards although pick up time can be arranged to suit. Usually no later than 8 pm. 

Overnight Hire
Unfortunately our childrens castles are not for overnight hire, but for our adult castles we understand you may not want to end the party early, so for a small additional charge, we are happy to collect your castle the following morning, before 12 noon.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required for our childrens units, but we ask for a £50 deposit for all our adult castles, which is fully refundable unless our equipment is damaged in any way. 

How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, we do not accept credit card payments and cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date and are only accepted with a cheque guarantee card. All cheques please made payable to Bedlam Bouncys.

What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime, as we do not charge for cancellations. All we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible.

What if it rains?
The bouncy castles cannot be operated in very wet conditions due to safety reasons. However if using a castle supplied with a rain cover - it is fine to be used in light showers - though care must be taken in the rain. 

If it is very wet on your hire day you may cancel if you wish without charge. 

How much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side. This is to allow access and space for the blower at the rear.

Please make sure we have plenty of access room, we need at least 3 foot wide hall or passageway to move the bouncy castle into your venue\hall\garden. 

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you measure your area accurately so there is plenty of room for the castle and the blower - we will make a call out charge of £20 if the area is not big enough when we arrive.

Please also ensure that the site for the bouncy castle is clear, It must be clear of sharp objects such as rocks any debris, large stones, etc. 

Please also advise at the time of booking if the area you intend to place the castle on is NOT grass, so we can bring extra items such as sand bags etc.

How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx. 20 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

Do you provide safety instructions?
Yes, we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.

Is there an age limit on the children’s castle?
Yes, this will be discussed with you at the time of booking.

Are you insured?
Yes, we carry Public Liability up to £5m.
